DECISION TIME...ALMOST!

So I said it would be orange dots. Well with 5 squares to go, I placed the pattern in two grids.

I know which one I like, what about you?

Even my sweetie has ventured into this and has said which he likes. Fortunately, it's what I think looks best too, but it's a bit of dilemna still.

I am off to finish the last five blocks this afternoon. One of my sons has had a bit of a scare and had a colonscopy this morning which took up most of the day. He is good
to go now and it was more stress related than anything
else. But it's a lesson learned, we should all make sure
that this procedure is done at least every two years as
it's a curable cancer in 90% of cases caught . Quite a simple
procedure actually, a bit noisy afterwards, but you
nurses know this.

We went to lunch afterwards and he had to excuse himself a few times as I would not let him do anything in public! Ok, too much information there...but you get the point.

Let me know which of the two you like. It is a very spring like quilt as Deb commented yesterday.

#2. I love the dots and dots and plaid, but gee, that first one kind of punches you in the face, eh?

I think the second layout is much more dynamic and does justice to all the fabrics used.

#2...love it!!!!

Hard to say, they are both interesting layouts! If you want to go for the eye-popping layout then it's no 1, if you want something quieter but still vibrant then no 2.

I'll just say, ditto to Jennifer above me. :-}

I like the top one a lot. I think it is definitely the more spring-like of the two settings.

My two cents 8-)

It's number 2 for me. I think Jennifer has said it well. I'm curious to see which one you're going to choose.

The first one does it for me but they're both gorgeous... can't wait to see which one you've chosen

I like the second one because it spreads the orange out a little bit. They're both pretty, though.
I'm glad your son is okay:)

I pick #1. It makes the orange pop out.

I'm in the #2 catagory. I like the star effect and makes the eye move more over the quilt :0)

#2 is my fav. it's funny I had a orange and white block quilt for my dolls as a girl. this reminds me of it, and I hadn't thought about it... I should dig it out... I love orange... my favorite color ever... good luck in choosing YOUR fav. It's your quilt in the end... ;-)

I like number 2 best, but both are lovely and sunny.

Just discovered your blog and am enjoying reading it. I love the 2nd one. The colours are fantastic, especially the orange, so bright and fresh.
